ABOUT THE UDDER WAY
Built in Tasmania. Scaling globally.
We’re a small team with a focused mission: eliminate single-use plastics from the dairy supply chain, globally.
The story
The Udder Way started where a lot of good ideas do — with a stubborn problem nobody else was solving. Reusable kegs were the obvious answer to single-use dairy packaging, but nobody had built the infrastructure to make them work at scale.
So we did. Reusable, food-grade plastic kegs designed for the dispensing systems venues already use. A digital identity layer that turns every keg into a tracked, traceable, story-telling asset. And the operations to actually wash, return, and reuse them at volume.
Today, The Udder Way is the global circular infrastructure layer for fresh milk — in cafes, corporate offices, councils and flagship venues.

WHAT WE STAND FOR
What we stand for
·
Circularity by design
Every keg is built for thousands of reuses. We measure and prove the loop — we don’t just claim it.
·
Provenance and trust
Dairy is a relationship product. We surface that relationship at the point of pour.
·
Operational respect
Sustainability without operational complexity. Cafes, venues and dairies should not have to work harder to do the right thing.
·
Honest accounting
Real numbers, real time. We track what we eliminate, what it costs in carbon, and where the data leads us.
